Organizational development · Culture · Leadership

See your organization clearly. Then make it stronger.

Why leaders call me

Most organizations don't have a people problem. They have a clarity problem.

Engagement dips, good leaders stall, change initiatives lose steam. The symptoms are visible. The causes usually aren't. I bring an intelligence analyst's discipline to organizational work: gather the evidence, find the real pattern, and act on it.

Evidence over assumptions

Decisions grounded in what your people actually experience.

Built to last

Capability stays in your organization when the engagement ends.

Discreet by default

Sensitive situations handled with complete confidentiality.

Practice areas

Full-spectrum organizational development, from first diagnosis to lasting change.

01

Organizational assessment

A clear-eyed diagnostic of culture, structure and leadership health, with findings senior teams can act on.

02

Culture and engagement

Define the culture you need, measure where you are, and close the gap with practical, visible action.

03

Leadership development

Programs for new, emerging and senior leaders, designed around your strategy and delivered in-house or alongside your team.

04

Executive coaching

Confidential one-to-one coaching for executives navigating influence, vision and high-stakes decisions.

05

Change and transformation

Guide restructures, mergers and strategic shifts so people stay engaged and performance holds.

06

Team effectiveness

Work with intact and senior teams on trust, communication and accountability that shows up in results.

The method

Intelligence-led organizational development.

The same discipline used to make sense of complex, high-stakes situations, applied to your organization.

I.

Gather

Interviews, data and observation to see what is actually happening.

II.

Assess

Separate signal from noise and name the real root causes.

III.

Act

Targeted interventions in leadership, culture and structure.

IV.

Sustain

Measure progress and embed the change so it holds.

The foundation

Trained in intelligence. Applied to organizations.

My career began at the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. The habits of mind I built there shape every engagement I lead today.

Rigorous assessment

Weighing evidence and reaching sound judgments with incomplete information.

Absolute discretion

Handling sensitive people matters with integrity and confidentiality.

Reading people

Seeing motivations, dynamics and risk beneath the surface.

Steadiness under pressure

Calm, clear thinking when the stakes are high.
